Martin Stoev - About Me

Hi, I’m Martin — founder, CTO, and eternal tinkerer. I started as a developer, happily buried in code, until I realized I had more fun turning a group of developers into a team chasing a big idea. These days, I still review the code to keep my instincts sharp, but most of my energy goes into helping teams shine and turning bold ideas into products that people love to use.

I live for those moments when things click: a messy architecture problem suddenly makes sense, a team finds its rhythm and ships faster than they thought possible, or a user tells us we made their day. That’s what keeps me showing up with the same excitement I had when I wrote my first for loop.

When I’m not at a whiteboard, I’m on a bike. New city? I have two priorities: finding the best road routes and the perfect espresso. I take sports seriously; let’s say I hate losing more than I love winning.

My downtime is split between chess puzzles (I like the challenge more than the game itself) and reading anything that messes with how I think, from tech books to odd psychology rabbit holes. I head to Spain whenever I can, partly to work on my Spanish, mainly because no one does late-night dinners like Spaniards.

At heart, I’m curious and a little obsessive. I love asking “what if?” and chasing better ways to build, learn, and connect. And yes — if we meet, I’ll probably ask where you get your coffee before we talk business.
